When to Seek Help 
Just what is normal? Normalcy is confusing and often rooted in other people's value judgements. Factors for you to consider when deciding if you need therapy to help you through a difficult time:
  • How long your symptoms have been going on
  • How severe the symptoms are
  • How upsetting the symptoms are to you
  • How the symptoms disrupt your life

In working with clients, they learn how to identify and make changes to troubling behaviors or thoughts, explore relationships and experiences by finding better ways to cope and solve their problems.
